First Central Creativity Day
April 22 2017
Saturday, April 22 10 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
This year’s Creativity Day will be a fabulous day at the Hot Shops Art Center—Home of All That Is Molten! [13th and Izard]. Ed Fennell [creator of our baptismal bowl] and Tim Barry [creator of our communion pieces] will lead us in glass blowing and pottery experiences. You can participate – or just watch, if you prefer, but we will all glaze a pottery item to take home. We will also visit other artists’ studios.
The group‘s size must be limited to 15, so sign up on the list posted in the parlor. The cost is $15, to be paid by April 1. Sloppy joes will be served; bring a side dish or dessert. And be sure to wear old clothes!
