Pricing for Weddings

General ($1000.00)

Use of the sanctuary for both a rehearsal and wedding, includes a sound system, and the use of the piano or organ (with musician chosen from approved list). Custodial services and a church liaison are also included. The Sanctuary seats 600 guests.

Organist/Pianist ($250.00)

Services include one planning meeting, rehearsal, and wedding.

Minister ($400.00)

Services include planning session, rehearsal, and wedding.

Order of Worship ($50.00)

Standard 4 page, white “order of worship” bulletin

Candles ($1.35 each)

Payment details

A non-refundable deposit fee of $400 (to be credited to your final total) must be paid to reserve your wedding date on the church calendar. Other fees are due one week prior to the wedding.

Guidelines for All Weddings/Events

• Special requests for outside musicians that may require extra rehearsals/coordination may be charged as a one-time fee of $50.
• Requests for an outside organist (not currently employed by First Central) must be approved by the Chair of the Board of Music in consultation with the Senior Minister and the Church Organist.
• Contact with our Church Organist – Stephen Bouma (558-4473) must be made at least four months prior to the wedding.
• The church will be unlocked three hours prior to the wedding. If an earlier time is needed there will be a one-time fee of $50.00 added to the amount of building use.
• The order of worship must be approved by the officiating minister and proofed BEFORE printing.
• No rice, aisle runners, or candles attached to the pews will be allowed.
• The church reserves the right to exclude use of the church for any reason.
• ALL FEES must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event.
